Take the "boats", aka team memebers

One is fortunate to come across and take these "boats" along the journey of self-discovery, although one clearly understands that one should not carry the boats any longer after crossing the river.

A boat is helpful to cross the stream, but one cannot jump out of the stream of human consciousness by carrying the boat, or with any dependency.
